Yes, PCG only contains micro herbs and vegetables, therefore it is not full of fruit sugars like many other products.

PCG Everyday contains multiple micro vegetables that are freeze dried and therefore super concentrated. The strong smell is a reflection of the high levels of antioxidants, flavonoids and phenolic compounds.

The recommended dose for adults is 2g (1 heaped teaspoon) 

The convenience of PCG Everyday is that you can add it into everyday foods that suit you. It can be consumed as part of a smoothie, in a yogurt, with water or simply sprinkled on top of your meal. If adding to hot food, it is best to add at the end of cooking.

We would not recommend taking it with seaweed supplements.

PCG Everyday should be kept at room temperature and out of sunlight and heat to stop nutrients being destroyed. It is best kept in an airtight container.

We have found this in the first few days for some people. We believe this is your gut biome becoming energised by getting the nutrients it desires.

Our trials have found that taking PCG Everyday in the evening can over stimulate some people, so we suggest taking it with breakfast / lunch, or across those two meals.

Most people have seen an effect within this first week of taking the product but this can vary.
